Fingleton & Co Auctioneers is a leading and long-established estate agency proudly serving Athy and the surrounding areas. Founded in 1982 by Jim Fingleton, the business has built a strong reputation for trust, local expertise, and professional service. It remains one of the most established and respected property firms in the region.

Jim qualified as a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute in 1980, having trained and worked with two prominent Dublin agencies before returning to Athy to set up his own practice. For over four decades, Jim worked tirelessly to support the property needs of the local community. His wife, Elizabeth Fingleton, worked closely alongside him in the business, playing a key role in its ongoing success.

Following Jim’s passing in February 2025, the business continues under the dedicated leadership of Elizabeth and their daughter Ciara Fingleton, ensuring that the family legacy and commitment to excellence lives on.

Today, Fingleton & Co continues to offer a comprehensive range of property services, including residential sales, land and site sales, and professional valuations.
